At Silly FN Shirts, every shirt is made to order especially for you. Because our products are custom printed after an order is placed, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to ordering the wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives:

- Misprinted
- Incorrect
please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

After reviewing your request, we will gladly provide a free replacement or a full refund if the issue is confirmed.
Size Exchanges
Because each shirt is custom printed specifically for your order, we cannot exchange items ordered in the wrong size.
Please review the sizing chart carefully before placing your order.
Order Changes or Cancellations
Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed.
If you need to cancel or change your order, contact us as soon as possible.
If production has not yet started, we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Once production has begun, the order cannot be canceled or modified.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us.
We'll work with the shipping carrier and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Delivery Delays
Estimated delivery dates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed.
Shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays beyond our control.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
